Hi! My name's Tom, and I'm a Digital Artist from the UK.

My hobbies consist of Playing Games (FFXIV, Project DIVA/Sekai etc.), Art, Vocal Synths, Sleeping and getting beat up by my ADHD.I own 3 UTAUs, them being Hikuine Kiiro, Oguma Kazuya and Shohei Miyuki. The Artist (Myself):・ I reserve the right to decline a commission inquiry for any reason I deem fit.・ I reserve the right to cancel AND refund the order at any time for any reason.・ I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork, unless contracted otherwise.・ I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.・ I will NOT monetarily profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.・ I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my art portfolio unless asked otherwise.

The Commissioner (You):・ You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.・ You may NOT mint commissioned pieces, or any of my (the artist's) work in general, on the blockchain as NFTs or similar.・ You may NOT use commissioned pieces, or any of my (the artist's) work in general, as data for an AI art model of any kind.・ You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, make prints, etc.) without my (the artist's) consent.・ You may alter the commissioned artwork.・ You MAY be allowed to sell the artwork if it is a part of an Adoptable. Please discuss this with me prior to paying for the artwork.・ You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).・ You MAY use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes. Please ask me (the artist) before using the piece comercially.

Notes:Commissions may take much longer than usually expected. I've had commissions take up to a year to be completed.I am currently doing my bachelors degree in university and I plan to go job searching after graduating, so the time taken to complete commissions fluctuates greatly. Of course, unmedicated ADHD doesn't help at all either, so that's another factor.I worry about this a lot and would super appreaciate it if you were patient with me, and I'm really sorry if your commissions do come to this.

Pricing:

Since these are based on my other commission prices, the price may fluctuate wildly.For example, the first image is 2 Flat Full-bodies, and 6 Flat Icons.Full Flats are £40, adding an extra is half, taking it to £60. Each Flat icon is £10, and does not have the discount when buying in multiples, so the final total would be £120.The second image is just 2 Full Flats, so the total in that case would be £60.This may be confusing, so don't fret about the calculations. I'll be doing them on my end, and we can negotiate what to cut if the price ends up too high.(Sidenote, I recommend only asking for flats for reference sheets as it'll be easier to colour pick from them! And it'd be easier for me to finish lmao)

General Notes:

・ Payments are held over Square, unless it's an Icon, which are held over PayPal instead.・ If Square doesn't work for whatever reason, I don't mind falling back onto PayPal.・ Very complex designs may warrant a higher price.・ Reference Sheets are limited to simple colour backgrounds (Free of charge).・ Will NOT draw Gore, Mecha and odd Fetishes.・ Will NOT draw sketches for a lesser price.・ Will NOT create new designs from descriptions for Icons.・ WILL draw NSFW as long as customer and characters are 18+.・ WILL draw NSFW with any gender, but bear in mind that I'm not confident in drawing female body features in that way yet.・ Will NOT draw NSFW with characters that are canonically minors, or have defining child-like characteristics.・ Remember that I can refuse a commission for ANY reason, including ones that aren't listed.
